• At least two similar projects completed over the last 3 years, each at least 90% complete
• Contract manager with 15 years of construction experience, including at least 10 years as contract manager
• Sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment declaration submitted with the bid
• Environmental and social management strategy and implementation plan submitted with the bid
• Code of conduct for the contractor's staff and subcontractors
