The index covers 11 cities: Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Enugu, Benin City, Owerri, Warri, Calabar, Kano and Onitsha. Each city has its own prices where we've confirmed them locally; where we haven't yet, the price is estimated from Enugu and marked est.
