Tips for best results

Use standard Nigerian QS terms

Descriptions like "9-inch blockwork", "aluzinc roofing sheet", "BRC A252 mesh" match best. Vague terms like "walls" return low-confidence results.

Keep units in a separate column

Put Unit (m², m³, m, No., Item) in column B. The system uses the unit to validate the matched rate type and ensure correct pricing.

Leave the Rate column blank

If you want our rates applied, leave column D blank. Cells with existing rates are left as-is — we only fill blanks.

Quantities must be in column C

Column layout must follow the template: A = Description, B = Unit, C = Quantity, D = Rate (optional). Download our template to get started.
