   Apply in writing to the Project Coordinator at the IMPACT project office in the Old Secretariat Complex, Calabar, and pay the ₦75,000 fee by bank draft in favour of the Cross River State IMPACT account; a copy can also be couriered at the bidder's cost. Deliver sealed hard-copy bids to the same Calabar office by 12:00 noon on 13 November 2024, where they will be opened publicly.
