• Contract manager with 15 years' construction experience, at least 10 of them as contract manager
• Sexual Exploitation and Abuse and Sexual Harassment declaration filed with each bid
• Environmental and social management strategy and implementation plan with each bid
• Code of conduct for contractor staff and subcontractors
