How to read these figures
- They are what people tell us they paid. We review reports before they count, but we can't confirm each one, and they aren't official valuations.
- The median is the middle report: half paid more and half paid less. A figure from only a few reports is a rough guide, so check how many it's based on.
- Prices depend on title, road access, plot size and when people paid. Always verify title and the price yourself before you pay anyone.
